Dear Kerry-Ann
Thank you for the wonderful opportunity this afternoon to reconnect with my stillness, with my moving body and my heart space this afternoon. The cycle of sitting, walking and dancing, (all experienced within a thoughtful, yet playful musical setting) offered us such easy and fluid movement. … I found it a delightful and entrancing invitation to ‘come home’. Safe yet spacious. Thank you. Evelyn

I felt it would be a place where I could safely express myself. I didn’t need to push my creaky body if I didn’t want to. I liked the possibility of being around others who also liked the express themselves freely.
I have found it very grounding and connecting. It gives me space to be completely in the moment and to wholly give to me.
“Stifling an urge to dance is bad for your health – it rusts your spirit and your hips.”

Dear Kerry_Ann, its been such a joy to share these classes with you over the years. A very uplifting group of people you gather together.
